Dr. Monique Harris is appointed by the Lord Jesus Christ to minister and operate under an Apostolic Assignment. 

She accepted Christ at the age of 11 years old and intimately began walking with the Lord in 1990.

She was called to minister Reconciliation, Restoration, and Relationship to the Body of Christ.
